Viking connections

It seems like fate that a publisher called Elterwater Press brought Little Pearl to life.  My name 'Haraldsen' is a Scandinavian name, going back to the time of the vikings, but I am a born and bred Cumbrian.
Elterwater Press' name and logo are inspired by the beautiful Lakeland landscape in which the company is based.  Elter Water is a small lake at the heart of the Lake District. Its name is from Old Norse, meaning 'The lake of the swans.  Whooper swans still winter on the lake to this day; hence the swan forming the logo.
A perfect combination of viking and Cumbrian!
