Life before getting published: working as a primary teacher, then secondary school English teacher and school librarian. As a librarian I've led two teams of students to write, edit and publish two full novels and my Kids Lit team won the last UK National Final in 2019. We would have represented the UK at the World Final in New Zealand had it not been cancelled due to covid.
